We turn. ONE BED ONE BATH  KITCHEN L/R D/R  with Items Property Needs to Match other units, provided on site.  We do All outlets, faucets and switches for damage and replacement. We test and update all Appliance issues found .  We Make Apt ready to Move into. In generally 3 to 6 days depending On Floor . Stairs , specifics unique to each apartment. 

 Priced Per Hour Charged on Site. 

  Generally We Charge 100$ per hour and in Contracts to Do Fast Quality Flips. We Drop that average down to about $ 85 per hour On Job sites.  This pays for Wages, business expenses,  fuels,  tax, equipment,  tools, unseen issues , government expenses, end of Year Fees,  these are All Shared Between Each and Every Job All Year and Divided fairly Between Every Client and Every job site.    This Has Been what allows Us as a dedicated firm.  To Provide Exceptional Service and Always able and ready to Address any and all Issues that.arise.
